Enrolments

Macclesfield Primary School offers places for students just starting school in Reception through to Year 6.

Boys and Girls are able to commence their schooling at the start of Term One (as long as their 5^th birthday is before or on April 30^th of that year). Students in other year levels may enrol at any time. Transition programs for all new students are an important part of introducing them and their families to our school community.

We welcome one-on-one meetings with parents and carers to enable you to ask specific questions important to your family and child, to ensure your child's education path is planned to suit their specific needs.

Reception Enrolments

South Australia has a one intake policy with all Reception students starting at the beginning of the new school year. Children who turn five between January 1^st and April 30^th can start school at the beginning of Term 1. Children with birthdays on or after May 1^st will start school at the beginning of the following school year.

We welcome new students enrolling from Childcare Centres, Kindergartens and Pre-schools.
