The National Curriculum
Curriculum describes the core knowledge, understanding, skills and capabilities students should learn and develop as they progress through their schooling.
Teachers use curriculum to:
- plan student learning
- monitor and assess student progress
- report student progress to parents
- support student wellbeing.
Macclesfield Primary's teacher design their learning to cover all curriculum areas including: English, Mathematics, Science, LOTE, Health and Physical Education, Technology, The Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences.
